- Order Cancellation by Customer
✅ Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from the seller.
Cancellation can be done:
Through your Banas Mart account, or
By contacting customer support.
If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery, as per the Refund & Return Policy.
- Partial Order Cancellation
If an order contains multiple items, partial cancellation may be allowed before dispatch, depending on seller acceptance and product status.
Once dispatched, partial cancellation is not possible.
- Cancellation by Seller or Banas Mart
An order may be cancelled by the seller or Banas Mart due to:
Product being out of stock
Pricing or listing errors
Incomplete or incorrect address
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be processed automatically.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated after successful cancellation confirmation.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
Processing time:
5–7 business days, subject to bank or payment provider timelines.
- Non-Cancellable Products
Some products may be marked as Non-Cancellable.
Such details will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Orders for these products cannot be cancelled once placed.
