Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions:**
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact
The product is not listed under non-returnable items.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect:
Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products
Baby care products
Medical devices and healthcare products
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Reasons Accepted for Return
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong product
The product is missing parts or accessories
The product does not match the description
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
Log in to your Banas Mart account
Go to My Orders and select the product
Click on Request Return
Choose the reason and submit the request
Our team or the seller will review your request and arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to your address.
- Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Banas Mart is a multi-vendor marketplace, and return/refund policies may vary slightly depending on the seller.
Any seller-specific terms will be clearly mentioned on the product page
- Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a seller or platform error, return shipping charges will be borne by the seller
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refundable.
